This morning I'm thinking about quiet . . .

different from silence -

an element of sound,

implies there is sound -

I want to say "noise" -

but that is too rough . . .

Quiet feels more gentle . . .

less harsh

more soft . . .

something soft and fluffy -

Quiet -

I want to be there . . .

Quiet -

I hear you calling . . .

Quiet . . .

is also peaceful

silent

soft

hushed

muffled

reserved

still

stilled

hushed

quiescent

such delicious, delightful words . . .

I realize I yearn for quiet . . .

as some days I yearn for silence . . .

Have I been living a life that is "quiet"?

Is this how I want to live?
