I'm so excited! Thank you for being here.

This is such a new adventure for me. Exploring silence, writing a blog, sharing this space, discovering quiet in a world full of noise, and learning to let myself embrace being a modern contemplative.

To be honest, I'm a little, well really, a lot, nervous! I'm totally intimidated by this whole technology thing! But more than this, I'm opening my heart, and this feels scary. Yet it also feels real + raw + true + gritty -- and wonderful + authentic -- and what this journey is about for me right now. I feel like I'm climbing on a roller-coaster right now - nervous + excited, + so keen to get going!
